When reflecting on 2018, I am really proud of my career and personal highlights. I spent more time focusing on my passions, expressing my creativity and challenging myself on larger more complex projects than ever.
Here are 10 professional & career highlights of 2018;
My life mission is to empower people to take control of their lives and build their confidence and compel them to strive for what they want to achieve. Giving a speech at VU was an incredible experience I am humbled and grateful for.
2. Launching TIAMETAXAS.COM website and Instagram
Creating a platform that I can share all my passions and portfolio has been a great opportunity to share my voice and connect with others.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey.
3. Youth Mentoring with the Raise Foundation
Working as volunteer youth mentor to help young people grow their confidence and achieve greatness has been a highlight of 2018. For only two hours a week, you can truly help positively impact a young persons confidence and relationship with school. Highly recommended for anyone looking to work within the youth space.
Painting is one of my biggest passions! It had been years since I had made it a priority and I am so glad I did!
5. University Square sells out!
The first property in Australia to open for The Student Housing Company sold out!
6. University Square launch party of the year!
It was great to transform this space into an inviting Display Suite for our Perth project.
8. Social Media Community Success for The Student Housing Company Australia
Building a social community of engaged students has been a great part of my role with The Student Housing Company.

For trip highlights check out my 60 seconds in Europe blog. It was brilliant to meet the marketing teams in person within their regions. The talent and passion was remarkable and very inspiring! Also being able to contribute back to the Australian business was a great project to work on.
